Charges for Courses Room Hire
Health Related Course Charges:
Weekday Hourly Rate
£12 per hour booked on a regular basis ie: weekly, monthly.
£15 per hour for casual/ one-off courses, seminars.
Full Day Rate - Monday to Friday – 8 hours - £75
Weekend Rate - Saturday or Sunday – 8 hours - £85
Weekend Rate - Saturday and Sunday – 16 hours - £160
Business Meeting Charges:
Weekday Rate - £65 per session: 8:30am - 12:30pm or
1:00pm - 5:00pm
Daily Rate - Monday to Friday - £125 - 8 hours

- 12 hard chairs
- 2 straight-back wooden chairs
- 23 chairs with writing surface
- 4 meeting tables

- 1 bookcase
- Flipchart paper
- 1 positive news stand display
- 2 room dividers
- First Aid box & accident book (in kitchen)
- 1 seated massage chair
- 2 pillows
- 1 recycling bin
- 1 regular bin
- All heating & lighting
- 3 floor lamps
- 2 electric heaters
- Radio/CD player
- Any extra electrical equipment proposed to be used must be properly health and safety tested.
Tea & coffee is included for weekend courses and business meetings.
