Managing Stress with Mindfulness Workshop Sat 28th April Find out how stress impacts on our physical and mental health, and what mindfulness can offer you to manage stress, and help reduce the chances of getting stressed in the future. Self Kindness Workshop – Sat 26th May With practical exercises, meditations and group discussion, take some time out to be kind to yourself. Using the basic principles of mindfulness; of being present, self compassion, awareness, meditation, and non judgement, these workshops aim to help bring you a different way of living. These workshops are friendly and informal . You can share as much or as little as you like with the people in your workshop. We offer a safe space to learn more about mindfulness, and how you can use it every day to live mindfully. £25 for workshops (£20 if you’re in receipt of a benefit).
